Hoshizaki KMH-2100SRJZ3 Description
To facilitate proper air circulation, the Hoshizaki KMH2100SRJZ3 ice machine head requires 6 inches of clearance on both sides, the rear, and above the unit. If the ambient temperature is 7o degrees Fahrenheit and the incoming water temperature is 50 degrees Fahrenheit, this item can produce 2,026 pounds of crescent-shaped ice in a 24-hour period. This unit relies on R404A hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is energy-efficient and environmentally safe.
Made of stainless steel, the Hoshizaki KMH2100SRJZ3 ice maker head can withstand persistent use in a high-traffic environment, as it is resistant to rust, corrosion, and abrasions such as scratches and dents. To keep the internal components free of mold and bacteria, this product is equipped with an H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent. This unit requires operators to order a remote condenser and an ice bin, as both items are required to operate the machine head.
