Cambro UPC1600191 Description
Fitted with airtight gaskets, the doors on the Cambro UPC1600191 Ultra Camcart® food carrier remain shut to reduce heat loss. To prevent further temperature variations, the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam. It comes in a neutral granite gray, helping it blend in with most banquet halls and catering establishments. The doors open and close promptly with nylon latches; the unit can be loaded and unloaded from the front.
The Cambro UPC1600191 insulated food carrier measures 28 3⁄4 inches wide by 33 3⁄8 inches deep by 54 1⁄8 inches high. Its capacity is approximately 120 quarts per section, and it accommodates 2 1⁄2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-inch-deep, full-size food pans. It's positioned on four 6-inch casters for mobility, and its molded-in handles offer simple steering.
