Cambro UPC1600110 Description
The Cambro UPC1600110 Camcarrier front-loading pan carrier has a capacity for 120 quarts. The cabinet is fully insulated with polyurethane to retain safe temperatures without using external heat sources. The carrier's handles are molded in so lifting and transporting the unit is simple. The exterior of the carrier is made from durable polyethylene that is easy to clean and will not break. Nylon door latches keep heat or cold air inside the carrier and prevents the door from accidently opening. The doors open 270 degrees so loading and unloading pans is a simple process. Food is kept from becoming soggy by a vent cap on both compartments that releases steam. Four 6-inch casters make transporting the Cambro UPC1600110 Camcarrier front loading pan carrier easy, especially since they will roll over different kinds of terrain.
