Cambro UPC1600157 Ultra Camcart® Insulated Food Carrier - 120 qt w/ (24) Pan Capacity, Beige

To retain food temperatures, the Cambro UPC1600157 Ultra Camcart® food carrier is insulated with polyurethane foam. The doors seal shut with airtight gaskets and are fitted with nylon latches that can be opened and closed easily. To load and unload the cabinet, it can be accessed from the front; one of the casters has brakes to ensure it doesn't move. Designed for use in environments where employees serve customers, it's mounted on four 6-inch casters for mobility.

The Cambro UPC1600157 insulated food carrier comes in a neutral coffee beige that blends well in most applications. Designed with a 120-quart approximate capacity, it accommodates 2¹⁄₂-, 4-, 6-, and 8-inch-deep, full-size food pans. Moisture is released through each compartment's vent cap, ensuring food doesn't become soggy.
