Cambro UPC1600192 Description
The Cambro UPC1600192 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier is equipped with two fixed casters to guide it in a straight line and two swivel casters to help users handle turns. One caster has brakes, holding the cabinet still while it's loaded and unloaded from the front. Handles are molded in to grant optimal control during transport, and a bumper surrounds the unit to protect it in case of collision. This food carrier features an approximate capacity of 120 quarts per cavity.
Made of polyethylene, the Cambro UPC1600192 food carrier doesn't break, scratch, rust, or chip. It's insulated with polyurethane foam, and its doors include airtight gaskets to ensure internal temperatures don't change unexpectedly. Preventing food from becoming soggy while it's stored, each compartment has vent caps that rid them of moisture.
