Cambro UPC1600401 Description
The Cambro UPC1600401 Ultra Camcart® food pan carrier features a durable polyethylene shell with an easy-to-clean, one-piece construction. To preserve heat, it's equipped with airtight gaskets and insulated with polyurethane. This front-loading unit's two doors are fitted with durable nylon latches, and their 270-degree swing-open mechanism simplifies loading. Able to be incorporated into color-coded systems, this carrier comes in slate blue.
With an approximate capacity of 120 quarts, the Cambro UPC1600401 insulated carrier measures 283⁄4 inches wide by 333⁄8 inches deep by 541⁄8 inches high. To ease transportation, it's designed with molded-in handles and fitted with four 6-inch casters. Its pop-up vent can release steam to prevent soggy food.
