Cambro UPC1600131 Description
The Cambro UPC1600131 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier measures 283⁄4 inches wide by 333⁄8 inches deep by 541⁄8 inches high and accommodates approximately 120 quarts per compartment. Its two front-loading cabinets are fitted with vent caps that reduce moisture buildup, ensuring food inside doesn't become soggy. To maintain optimal product temperatures, it's insulated with polyurethane foam, and the doors shut with airtight gaskets.
Enabling mobility, the Cambro UPC1600131 food carrier is fitted with 6-inch casters. Employees can control the cart during transport using molded-in handles; to hold the unit still while food is unloaded, one of the casters is equipped with brakes. The structure is made of rust-, dent-, and break-resistant polyethylene to withstand high-volume use. To accommodate numerous foods, it's designed to hold full-size food pans with a range of depths.
