Cambro UPC1600158 Description
The Cambro UPC1600158 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier is surrounded by a molded-in bumper that protects it. To help users move and steer, it's fitted with handles and sits on four 6-inch casters. Brakes equipped on one of the casters stabilize it for cabinet loading; two casters are fixed while the other two swivel to increase maneuverability. Providing resistance to rust, dents, and breaks, it's constructed of polyethylene.
Offering space for several food types, the Cambro UPC1600158 food carrier has an approximate capacity of 120 quarts per section. It can be used to hold full-size pans with depths of 21⁄2, 4, 6, and 8 inches. This unit comes in bright red for use in color-coded systems and is insulated with polyurethane foam to prevent internal temperatures from fluctuating. To prevent food from becoming soggy, each compartment is built with a vent cap to remove moisture.
