Cambro UPC1600519 Description
Measuring 28 3⁄4 inches wide by 33 3⁄8 inches deep by 54 1⁄8 inches high, overall, the Cambro UPC1600519 Ultra Camcart® food pan carrier has an approximate capacity of 120 quarts. This front-loading model's doors have a 270-degree swing-open mechanism for product retrieval; their latches are constructed of strong nylon. Enhancing durability, this unit features a one-piece, double-wall polyethylene shell.
To ease transportation, the Cambro UPC1600519 insulated food carrier is mounted on four 6-inch casters, two of which swivel. It's designed with molded-in handles to provide a comfortable grip and comes in green for color-coded use. This unit is built with polyurethane insulation to preserve heat and features a pop-up vent that prevents sogginess by releasing steam.
