The Cambro CPU245484V4PKG starter shelving unit has a 54-inch width and 24-inch depth with four levels of louvered shelving. Vented with gaps for uniform air circulation, these shelves maintain even temperatures in walk-in refrigerators and freezers while preventing dust accumulation in dry pantry storage. The shelf plates are made of durable polypropylene, which resists chemical and moisture damage. This material is protected by an antimicrobial agent to slow bacterial and mold growth, reducing the risk of stains, odors, and product degradation. For cleaning between product rotations, the shelves can be wiped down or run through a commercial dishwasher.
Safe in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cambro CPU245484V4PKG vented shelving unit can be installed in humid dishrooms, cold walk-ins, and dry pantries. Being part of the Premium shelf series, this unit is more durable and easier to assemble than Cambro's Elements and Basics Plus shelving units. It comes with eight traverses, two unassembled post kits, and molded-in dovetails, and because this model is speckled gray, it matches other units in the Camshelving Premium series.
