Overall, the Cambro CPU187284V4PKG polymer shelving unit measures 72 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 84 inches high. Each of its four shelf plates accommodate 800 pounds, however, structural damage may occur if the unit is loaded with more than 2,000 pounds overall. An antimicrobial agent is built into the shelf plates to inhibit the formation of mildew and bacteria, keeping the unit clean between routine scrubbings. Constructed of polypropylene, this unit doesn't rust, corrode, or peel over time.
The Cambro CPU187284V4PKG louvered shelving unit is easy to install with eight traverses and molded-in dovetails. The unassembled post kits attach to both sides of the shelf tiers and are made of sturdy steel with polypropylene exteriors. To store items in warm, humid, and dry areas of the kitchen, the unit withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
