The Cambro CPU212484V4PKG louvered shelving kit can be used to add storage to commercial kitchens, giving staff a place to store equipment, food products, and other materials. This kit's temperature tolerance of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit equips it for use in cold storage, and it can be washed clean with hot water. Its traverses and posts are reinforced by steel cores to add strength.
