The Cambro CPU213684V4PKG restaurant shelving kit has shelves coated in Camguard™, an antimicrobial agent that defends against fungus, mold, and other contaminant buildup that threatens food safety. Its louvered shelf plates are polypropylene to enhance cleaning further, giving users a surface that can be wiped clean quickly. This unit's posts and traverses are constructed with steel cores for additional resilience.
