Dexter Russell 199R Description
The Dexter 199R Sani-Safe® bone dust scraper removes dust that accumulates when cutting from porterhouse, T-bone, and ribeye steaks. Removing that residue prevents the meat from turning brown. Since the blade is semi-flexible, it can fit into hard-to-reach areas. A slip-resistant, textured handle provides a secure grip. The Dexter 199R Sani-Safe bone dust scraper can be used in high and low temperatures thanks to the polypropylene construction. Due to the one-piece construction, the scraper is durable and easy to clean.
