The Dexter S112-8PCP 04133 Sani-Safe® butcher knife has a seal between the 8-inch blade and 5-inch handle, eliminating a crevice that can harbor food particles and bacterial growth. The knife has a DEXSTEEL™ blade that is ground and honed individually. The metal is formulated to resist stains, enabling it to keep a clean appearance. Constructed of polypropylene, the handle can withstand high and low temperatures. For a safe grip, the handle on the Dexter S112-8PCP 04133 Sani-Safe butcher knife has a textured exterior that reduces the risk of it slipping in the user's hand.
