Along the 9-inch-long blade’s bottom, it’s serrated to slice through different types of breads without spilling out their delicate insides. It provides a firm grip with its textured polypropylene handle, which securely attaches to the high-carbon steel blade, and this handle is white for color coordination.

"This knife rust after one week of use, never hapened to any other knives in my restaurant, total junk. Katom doesn't replace it neither offer a refund. Disappointed"
