Rust after 1 week of use
This knife rust after one week of use, never hapened to any other knives in my restaurant, total junk. Katom doesn't replace it neither offer a refund. Disappointed
Everything was perfect.
Beacause of the offset blade, it's so much easier and more comfortable to slice a loaf of bread with this than the pricy Wusthoff bread knife it replaced!!
i would buy this product again and again
the only thing i might change is color coding the handles so it would be easier to not use the pork knife on people that are going to cry about it or veggie people.
