Dexter Russell NET105SC Description

To protect users' fingers when slicing, the Dexter Russell NET105SC Sani-Safe® twine knife features a finger guard near the end of the handle that connects to the blade. Its scalloped edge is durable due to its high-carbon steel, 312-inch blade, which won't corrode or stain. Providing a secure grip, the handle is nonslip and made of polypropylene. This line knife's orange design works well for color coordination to prevent cross contamination.
