Dexter Russell S151SC-GWE W/SHEATH Description
This Dexter Russell S151SC-GWE Sani-Safe® utility knife comes with a sheath to protect users from its sharp edge when it's not in use. For chopping fruits and vegetables and slicing small loaves of bread, the 3 1⁄2-inch-long blade is constructed of high-carbon steel that won't stain or corrode, making it durable enough to sustain long-term use. To prevent user injury, its polypropylene handle is textured and comfortable to hold, reducing the risk of slippage. Its white material can be part of a color-coding system to prevent cross contamination.

Excellent buying from KaTom
I use the knife for fishing. This product I rate excellent. I also rate KaTom as an excellent company, the only thing the shipping cost to Hawaii was a little high. Other than that everything was great. I would recommend this product and company to everyone.
