Good for establishments serving premium cuts of meat, the Dexter Russell S140-12SC-PCP Sani-Safe® scalloped roast slicer thinly slices meat with a single cut. The 12-inch-long blade’s serrated edge glides smoothly through tough meats, while its DEXSTEEL™—high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel— construction won’t corrode or stain throughout use. To prevent cross contamination, the handle is color-coded white, and the polypropylene handle construction is textured to prevent slipping with use.
