The Dexter Russell SGL155NSC-PCP Sofgrip™ utility knife has a narrow blade for cutting melons, heads of lettuce, grapefruits, and oranges. The serrated edge has multiple sharp cutting edges that are used to penetrate foods, smoothly breaking through rinds and piercing the skin of fruit and vegetables without damaging them. Stain-free DEXSTEEL™ high-carbon steel is used to make the blade, while the handle is soft rubber. It is comfortable to grip and reduces the stress on the wrist when using this knife.

I would buy this knife again and again
I'm a insulator and I use it for fiberglass and when the serrated edges are gone I use it for cutting armaflex rubber. This I a very good knife

Excellent, sharp knife
This knife is excellent for slicing tomatoes, and is narrow enough for slicing light spongy cakes such as angel food. Very well made and very sharp. Excellent product!
