Dexter Russell S145-10SC-PCP Description
Able to cut through fruits with flimsy insides without spilling interior contents, the Dexter Russell S145-10SC-PCP Sani-Safe® cook’s knife has a scalloped blade that can smoothly slice through rough exteriors. Constructed of DEXSTEEL&trade—high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel—it maintains a secure shape over time and won’t corrode. The polypropylene handle is comfortable to grip, for color coordination, it comes in white. To prevent breakage during use, the handle is sealed to the 10-inch blade.
