So far so good ..... get's a little hotter on the ends, but we're still adjusting to it. Appears to be well made, and is easily cleaned. We would purchase again, but the last one lasted over 20 years!

New pulse buttons are terrible, its unusable

They must have updated the pulse buttons from previous models because ours keep breaking and the motor will stay on long after you press the pulse button. I got the whole unit replaced by warranty and the pulse buttons have broken again a few weeks after getting the replacement. We had this model previously and it lasted a long time, now after ordering a new one its obvious the buttons have been redesigned and they just don't cut it.

Will not buy again

If you have a business don't buy it, waste of your money

I would not buy this toaster again.

This toaster cooks uneven and it takes a long time to toast the bread. My old Toastmaster was much better

Great product... easy to use... makes a great sandwich..it is heavy... and stays consistent with the heat settings... also fast shipping... from Katom.... love that place !!!!!

Best Waffle Maker Going.....

I think this waffle maker is totally fool proof.. best one going... keep the temp on 3 and nice golden brown waffles...

BASIC SIMPLE TO USE MICROWAVE

Simplicity galore. No frills. No popcorn buttons, no crowded keypad. Just basic operation. Simple to use. Plus no turntable to clutter up the innerds.

Wouldn't buy it again

The setting is turned to the highest setting, but it still does not toast enough. Does not work for a commercial kitchen.

Skip this product.

I timed the toaster today on the darkest setting and it was over 5 minutes before we finally pulled the toast out. Insane. I don't recommend at all for any quick service restaurant.

Great Features & Durable

We looked at toaster ovens for residential and they were all poor quality, tiny, not durable & so many were fire hazards. We have a full size oven but wanted a smaller more efficient oven for smaller quantities. This oven is great for reheating or cooking. I love the features. It has convection bake, bake, roast, & broil. It can be set to cook until manually turned off or you can select the amount of time and it automatically turns off. It supports 3 racks and comes with 2 racks & one sheet pan. We bought 2 more sheet pans. The more sheet pans used, the longer it takes to cook, but that is to be expected. It does put out a fair amount of heat when baking for 30+ minutes and that is to be expected, so it should be placed in an area with some air gap around it. It plugs into 120V & doesn't require a dedicated circuit but you would want to limit other appliances from using the same circuit when in use. We bought this oven ~5 years ago for residential use and love it.

People at work seem to like this a lot the first pot takes a few min but after it gets going its fast

Expected better quality than this from Waring

Coming from someone who use many of Waring's other products and love those, this one is just BAD. It looks great, but there are many design flaws and quality is just terrible. I went through 3 machines within 6 months. The top plate just broke off on 2 of them, and the non-stick skin peels off on the 3rd. Very disappointing product support too. I ordered the replacement plates but it's been 6 months and the manufacturer still hasn't shipped them.

great basic LONG toaster

We purchased this long toaster because we like artisan bread / bagels and gluten free bread - all the years using a general toaster and not quite getting regular bread just to be toasted in all areas - this long toaster Does toast all size's of bread , plus thick or thin , in all areas of the bread ! The lift up on handle is great !

I would buy this product again ...and again!

Blends everything from dressings with lots of fresh herbs with long stems, sauces with sundried tomatoes, even coconut meat. Love this machine! Great price, wonderful customer service.

doesn't work

Doesn't make a big enough difference in muffling the sound. More than a month ago I requested a refund. Still got no response.

I will not buy it.. neither would I recommend it

Not so good. The plate flimsy and does not have legs. The cone is wide and good. I am keeping it because it is a hassle again to return it. I may use the cone by hand.

Had this for a couple months. The first would toast unevenly and would change after toasting more than two pieces on darkness without touching the dial. With one toast the middle is always darker than the outside. Waring customer service was good and sent a new one. This one toasts more evenly but still a little difference between each side (darker in the middle) with one slice. Two slices are pretty even and all the rest has improved. Quality seems nice on it. Customer assistance from Katom and Waring were great. Still would expect even toasting on one slice.

Disposable Blender

This product is considered 'disposable' I just found out from my local electrical repair shop. The blade pops out and no longer spins. You can not buy parts for it. I used mine moderately making skincare, but I can imagine in a restaurant setting with daily use this blender would break in about two months. So unsustainable!!!

I am not buying again

We have purchased 4 of these units 3 different sources in the past 3 years. We mix a powder in 4 quarts of water for a soft serve desert. It is not heavy duty. We burned up all four of these units in the past 3 years. Waring won't replace. I'm going to a different unit.

LOVE this thing!!!

I love this for portable, perfect, in-a-bag simplicity! Love it SO much, bought a second one as a back up in case this one ever dies. Yes, I love it THAT much! ( plus it comes with a LOT more bags, which I needed anyhow, so it just offset the cost for this second unit, YAY KATOM!!!!!!! )

Not So Great

We are a high volume store making 30,000 waffle cones per year and this product would simply not hold up. This cone maker is somewhat flimsy and it makes a cone with a really wide mouth. We returned it.

Stay away from this one.

With light use, this one lasted less than 2 years. Warranty is only 1 year, so we are back to looking for another one to purchase. It will NOT be this one again.

I would buy a Hamilton Beach before I buy this again.....

doesn't blend properly and sending anything back to KATOM seem's like a big pain and you pay shipping 2x and they charge a restocking fee.... I have moved on to better service and a company that stands behind what they sell.

Great name products and reasonable prices.

This was my second purchase from KaTom. Great prices on name brand items. Packages come in on time and are exactly what you expect. This Waring Commercial Blender, is amazing. We have been using one for over 20 years. Absolute work horse, nothing we have used comes close to its capacity and power.

Oven LIGHT

The Oven Light went out after owning it for 6 hours, then we bought a new light (a expensive one) but that light blew 1 day later. Then we moved the bottom ovens light to the top oven. And once again the bulb blew... Is this a common problem?

Great for Home Use

Definitely not fit for 12 qt projects as it takes time to do an 8 qt project let alone to do so without sinking the exhaust ports. Does phenomenal job (unless large chunks of fibrous vegetables are in container) with most standard sauces like red sauce, stocks, hollandaise, bechamel, etc. If you plan to use this as a kitchen tool, then know it will be best at home or to make small "right now" batches at you professional kitchen. GO FOR NEXT SIZE UP.

Don't waste your time or money on this machine

We bought one and it lasted less than a week. Sent it in to be repaired and they just replaced it with a new unit which last a few days as well. That unit was also replaced with a new unit. Each time it was sent in for repairs, it took two weeks to a month to get the replacement.

We love this microwave

We purchased it for ~40% discount making it comparable to higher cost residential microwaves. It is very well built - we appreciate the stainless steel exterior and interior. In addition, it is very easy to use - just one touch of a button and it automatically starts. If we need a custom cook time, we can set the minutes and then press start. It has 3 cooking modes but we primarily use it to heat up water for coffee, pop popcorn and heat up leftover meals.

Spend the extra money and buy anythung but this one!

This is a residential quality machine at best. We bought one and it lasted less than a week. We had it replace with anther new unit and it to was off line in less than a week. Very poor quality.

Finally.... a Toaster that actually toasts!!!!!

My wife and I have been looking for a toaster that actually toasts for several years. We have bought every brand of toaster out there in the big box stores, discount stores, warehouse and other stores. None of them have ever toasted correctly. Either the toast was slightly toasted, or toasted only on one side, or toasted with very uneven brown...the list goes on. We just wanted a toaster like in the good ole' days. Well, after getting so fed up settling for what was out there in stores, my wife said, "I think we need to buy what a business or restaurant would use. Maybe they are better." Well, guess what? We found the holy grail!! This toaster is amazing. Our toast is brown, even on both sides. The toaster is just like the old days. Solid built. Toasts everything beautifully even on the lowest setting. We love this toaster.

Takes a little getting used to, especially operating. I guess it was meant to be safety feature so the machine will not operate if not properly secured in-place.

Not for commercial use

We are a busy ice cream shop and with normal commercial use the metal forming plate is bending. Our last plate lasted 15 years and is made out of a lot thicker metal.

Takes forever to boil water

This hot plate takes a long time to boil anything. Maybe it was not made to do that. I don't know. Either way, it is not what I wanted and it should be labeled as something not able to heat quickly enough to boil water.
