yes

Lid is difficult to lock. it uses very little water to puree fennel or vegetables. But you have to coarse grate prior to putting in machine.

NIce tool

Takes a little getting used to, especially operating. I guess it was meant to be safety feature so the machine will not operate if not properly secured in-place.
