  • A very good deep fryer. Would buy again

"I shopped many deep fryers prior to purchasing this one and I felt it offered the best value for the money. I use it instead of a fry daddy or similar home unit for quick meals for 1 or 2 people. It does have the 3 baskets and a lid, is easy to clean and does not make a mess when cooking. If it had a digital thermostat and it was very accurate it would be better but I am not sure about the dependability of a digital system. Warm up time is about 15-20 minutes, cool down with the element out of the oil is about 2 1/2 hours."
