Globe PF10E Description
To facilitate thorough cleaning, the Globe PF10E electric fryer is built with swing-up elements and a detachable control box. Its single frypot can also be removed, and it's equipped with handles that enable operators to lift it up and out comfortably. Each of its two nickel-plated fry baskets are fitted with insulated handles to provide a secure grip and reduce the risk of burns. A compact, countertop model, this unit's vat has a capacity of 10 pounds.
The Globe PF10E countertop fryer is made of stainless steel—a durable, simple-to-clean metal that resists rusting, denting, and scratching. It's designed with a built-in nesting hook to hold the included fry baskets when they're not submerged, and it's mounted on adjustable feet to account for uneven surfaces. Operators can modify this unit's temperature from 70 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and it features high-temp thermal limit controls to prevent overheating.
