There were no instructions on how to attach the plastic shield. We didn't know how to attach it to cage We finally used zip ties

Love this Griddle

Just increased from a 24" to 36" and it makes so much difference. Thermostatic zone controls is the best. Second one I have purchased for my restaurants and they are built to last.

Be aware of the power requirements.

The spec sheet was very sketchy and not clear at all on the power requirements for the double fryer. We waited for the fryer to arrive to determine its needs. We ended up installing 2 separate 20 amp 208 volt single phase outlets as it has a high wattage. Fryer works very well. Keeps up with the kitchen very nicely. Arrived on time. Since we are a healthcare facility the Ansul system had to be upgraded. Which cost a few dollars more than the fryer cost.

Don't buy this mixer!

We recently got a new school and this mixer came as part of the new kitchen. It is terrible! It has 3 speeds...slow, so fast food is flying everywhere, and do not use because it will be a disaster! The slow speed is too slow to accomplish much of anything and the rest are flat too fast. Then the whole machine is so low to the ground to get your 30 quarts of food off the floor and on to a counter is back breaking. Not to mention trying to get the bowl back in while you stand of your head! Once you have the bowl on good luck getting your paddle on to mix. If conditions are not perfect and it isn't exactly up and down you won't get it on. Don't do it keep shopping!
