Poor design, breaks, falls apart, poor instructions

I purchased these units because they matched the other dispensers in our rest rooms. I now have 8 of these installed in my facility. I am replacing 3 broken units. I wanted to provide, and post, instructions that explain how the "automatic" arm has to be located correctly (i.e. completely empty primary roll) before you can access the secondary roll, but it is not mentioned in the instructions. People forcing the door easily break the arm and negate a two-roll unit. Hinge pins have also fallen out. I will go with another product when I'm ready to repair all of the mounting holes I now have.

soap drips all day long

Soap leaks all day. I changed the setting from touchless to manual, thinking maybe it was detecting movement and dispensing soap, but the problem persists. Not a good option for a restaurant bathroom and employee sink as now i have more cleaning to do since there is soap constantly on the floor.

Decent but way to high priced

Works but worst shape around for pouring. Needs 8 hr freeze as on San jamar directions. Worth $40 max.

I would not buy this product at all!!

It is made with nery cheap material and it doesn't stick to the wall. It fell off the wall within a day and fell into many different pieces.

I paid nearly $100 for a good scale but got a piece of junk!

The scale I received doesn't even totally match the one advertised. What's more, when I gave it a simple accuracy test by placing a small weight at 5 locations around the stage, I got 5 different readings! I reported this issue to KaTom's CS over a week ago requesting a refund. I still don't have an RMA. Guess my next step is to enter a dispute with my CC issuer.

Top quality oven mitts worth the price.

Very nice oven mitts. Pricey, but they deliver. High heat, no problem. They are large enough for big hands, thin enough to feel what you are grabbing thanks to the better heat resistant materials. I hope they last a long time.

Simple little tool that save so much time. We looked all over to get replacements because the original keys were lost, but Katom had what we needed!

Second one purchased

Bought this cutting board for my son, a year ago, after much research. He needed a large board for BBQ briskets, butts, roasts and also pizza right out of the oven. Knowing that he isn't a maintenance sort of guy, so wood wouldn't work, and some plastics would warp with the heat from a pizza, (I found that out). Kind of pricy and a little hard on the knife edge, but easy to wash and good for hot pizza. He loves it so I bought one for myself, completely happy with it.

Amazing product

I work in the high school cafeteria and washing the pots and pans in super hot water was killing my hands with conventional rubber gloves. These gloves are perfect long enough that you don't get wet and the water doesn't go down into the glove and they really do keep you from getting burned! Love them!!!

Cracks too easily.

Had it less than a month and it cracked after freezing. I've bout several of theses paddles over the years and they've all cracked.

Expensive for such a cheap item

It's should cost 5 dollars. The blade I am afraid will get bad very soon and replacment cost too much. It's slightly flimsy when you using it. It's workout to smooth it out cutting board. Sharp knife will do same job.

I would not buy this product again.

We intended to use this as shelf liners just as the name implies. The product does not lay flat in the cabinets. We thought it might relax with time but it is still wavy and has been a disappointment.

I plan to return it. Too open to catch crumbs.

These gloves are perfect for the job

My wife is the main cook for a locally owned food store and uses these gloves. They keep her from being burned from grease popping and keeps her arms protected. The gloves are sturdy and pliable at the same time.

exactly what i wanted

Did not realize "wall" paper cup dispensers are so rare anymore for homes. Having moved, we intended to have one in our "new" home. Gave up looking after 2 yrs. and finally found this one after looking online. A little bigger than necessary, but exactly right for convenience, neatness & sanitation. Thanks!

Very stiff and they are really large

The stiffness makes it impossible to pick up - say a cookie sheet with one hand.

second time I've ordered these

A few months ago I needed two new soap dispensers & found these. i really like having the foaming soap. I just reordered two more so we can replace the other liquid soap dispensers & just use these. I like that I can use bulk foaming soap & not bags/boxes.

would not buy again

These gloves are HUGE! I cannot use them. I contacted KaTom about return process as there was no invoice in the parcel. Received no response. Didn't cost much so I won't pursue but won't do business with them again. That being said, if one has huge hands, they should get the job done. Nice and long which is what attracted me. I may try to take them apart and make smaller.

San Jamar C4180TBL small pull type water cup dispenser w/thr

We use this dispenser in our 3 and 4 year old classroom for drinking a tooth brushing. It is easy for dispensing of the cups for small children. We are very pleased with the dispenser.

BLACK Cutting Board

I ordered the small size to see if this cutting board was quality. YES -- IT IS. And it's very hard to find cutting boards in BLACK -- which I love. I plan to buy more sizes.

Anti Burn sleves

I bought these because of recent burns in the kitchen because of steams or edge of a hot skillet. I haven't attempted to burn or steam myself with the sleeves . Only concern is the are itchy to wear.

Great product. Works just as it is intended to. It is strong. I was able to easily cut it a few inches shorter so that It fit my space perfectly.

Sleek and functional

The San Jamar check rack is sleek looking with a lower profile and higher finish than some other check racks. The available space to hang things is 3" less than the length of the rack because of the end caps. It is easy to cut the rack down to a smaller size with a hack saw and still have a nicely finished look because of those same caps.

Great Product!

We are a high volume Fish and Chips seller. We make up hundreds of Tartar Sauce cups every few days and this pump works great. Also use it on our Cocktail sauce as the horseradish in the mix plugs the normal size pumps spout in a day or two. We would highly recommend these for restaurant use on chunky condiments anywhere. Looks to be built to last as well.

My Cooks say this is the best potholder ever!!

I bought these for my 3 kitchens in our School District. Cooks are happy with the heavy weight plus the flexibility of these holders!! They are not stiff at all and very user friendly!!

excellent shelf liner

Used this to line the inside of kegerator, so the kegs could get air under them. These are excellent for that application, they support the weight easily. I could see several more uses for these liners. Will be buying more. Built very solid.

Protection from heat but not from dropping

Excellent quality but so bulky they are very difficult to use. Nearly impossible to use on a dish that has small or no handles. I'd much prefer a thinner mitt with silicone or something to improve grip.

GREAT PRODUCT!!

This product is easy to clean, easy to use and no paper jams. Easy to open and lock, and to refill is a snap. It's slightly see through just enough so you know when to refill. We have blue, and it looks great, love the color. Really enjoy the modern look and cleanliness of it and saves space being off the counter.

Good Paper towel dispenser

Ordered this paper towel dispenser for a kitchen in a commercial building. It is solidly constructed, professional looking and nicely priced.

It only dispenses one paper towel at a time vs other dispensers that dropped multile towels at once.
