Second one purchased
"Bought this cutting board for my son, a year ago, after much research. He needed a large board for BBQ briskets, butts, roasts and also pizza right out of the oven. Knowing that he isn't a maintenance sort of guy, so wood wouldn't work, and some plastics would warp with the heat from a pizza, (I found that out). Kind of pricy and a little hard on the knife edge, but easy to wash and good for hot pizza. He loves it so I bought one for myself, completely happy with it."

"After a lot of research I bought this for my son a year ago. He isn't a maintenence sort of guy, so he needs a washable, won't warp with a pizza out of the oven, cutting BBQ meats large briskets and pork butts, low care product. It's kind of expensive and a little hard on the knife edge but there is no perfect material for a cutting board I could find, they all have their drawbacks. I talked to him about it after a years use and he loves it, so I got one for myself. Katom has a great price and fast shipping."
