The San Jamar 800FG17BK oven mitt provides protection from heat as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The glove's insulation is held in place by durable Kevlar stitching to keep the glove a safe and effective tool with a long service life. The area of the San Jamar 800FG17BK oven mitt between its thumb and forefinger are reinforced with WebGuard Plus to prevent premature failure of that area, which experiences the greatest wear and tear. The ambidextrous design of this glove means it can be worn on either hand.
