The San Jamar KT0215 Cool Touch Flame™ oven mitt protects hands and arms from flames, heat, and steam. With its Nomex® and Kevlar® exterior, this mitt is durable and resists flames as hot as 900 degrees Fahrenheit. It protects against heat as high as 535 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 seconds. It easily fits on the left or right hand since the mitt is ambidextrous. An integrated magnet makes the mitt easy to store and access.

Top quality oven mitts worth the price.
Very nice oven mitts. Pricey, but they deliver. High heat, no problem. They are large enough for big hands, thin enough to feel what you are grabbing thanks to the better heat resistant materials. I hope they last a long time.
