MoTak MST-60-X Description
The MoTak MST-60 sandwich/salad prep table uses efficient R290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures within a range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The current internal temperature is shown on a digital display on the exterior of the unit, enabling monitoring to ensure safe holding is maintained.
The exterior front and sides are made of stainless steel, with aluminum on the back and the interior. The unit includes two shelves in the cold storage area, which is perfect for holding pans of ingredient refills and other refrigerated items. The cabinet's two self-closing doors stay open past 90 degrees for ease of access. The MoTak MST-60 sandwich/salad prep table holds 16 pans in the top cutout and has a full-length poly-vinyl cutting board that provides room for food prep.

- To allow proper airflow, pans deeper than 6 inches should not be used on this unit
- Prepare ingredients and meals on the 0.4-in.-thick poly-vinyl cutting board
