MoTak MST-48-X Description
The MoTak MST-48 prep table holds 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in its top compartment (pans included). Two PVC-coated shelves in the cabinet base provide additional storage space. The full-length, 0.4-inch-thick cutting board on top is ideal for prepping sandwich and salad ingredients.
The MoTak MST-48 prep table can be set to maintain temperatures from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and uses R290 refrigerant to achieve and hold those. The table’s solid-state thermostat control offers user-friendly programming, has self-diagnostics, and includes a digital thermostat readout. The unit comes on factory-mounted casters that enable staff to reposition the unit for workflow changes or just cleaning, and two of the casters have brakes to secure the unit in place.

Economy Prep Table well worth it.
This prep table is just like the expensive one I just replaced. Has lots of space and chills the food to temp. Easy to clean, especially with wheels.
No I I'll not recommend this product cheap quality.
I purchase this product with the help of the sale person over the phone. I was looking forward to get same one they have online. After 12 days I received it was totally different than the one I ordered cheap quality with change of the handles. I called customer service I was on hold for more than half hour until somebody answer my call to tell that I got the same item I ordered with the change of the handles and they had put in a very small writing that may not depict product color, inclusion or accessories instead update their photos or let the customer know specially when you talk directly to them what to expect. it was deceiving handled very badly. they did offer to return at my expenses. Very unsatisfied...
Terrible product
Have had less than one year. Refrigerant line leaked and waited for 3 weeks to get warranty repair on the unit. Terrible track record, also bought a reach in unit and that one had refrigerant leak in the evaporator in less than one year as well. Edges of metal are extremely sharp, not buffed down at all. Warranty service is terrible, stay away and spend a few extra hundred on something better. So very disappointed
