True Refrigeration STR2HRI-2S Description
The True STR2HRI-2S Spec Series® insulated roll-in heated cabinet accepts two 27-inch-wide by 29-inch-deep by 66-inch-tall racks, which can be rolled in and out smoothly on the ramps. Interior bumpers protect the walls from damage if the rack knocks into them, and incandescent lighting is integrated into the cabinet to enhance visibility. Each section is accessible through a stainless steel door, which self-closes to retain heat and stays open when users are moving a rack in or out.
The heating system in this True STR2HRI-2S full-height heated cabinet uses a stainless steel element, as low-velocity fans circulate heat generated by the element to provide even distribution throughout the unit. Operators can set the temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit on the electronic control, ensuring the unit keeps warm food at a safe temperature. Staff members can monitor the temperature on the exterior display, and depending on the application, operators can manually control the top-mounted vent to release steam. If more humidity is needed, the 12-inch by 20-inch water pan can be added to generate additional steam.
