True Refrigeration STG2HRI-2S Description
Since it is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, this True STG2HRI-2S Spec Series® two-section roll-in heated cabinet resists corrosion and dents, while polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to add structure. Since it has a stainless steel ramp, carts and racks can be rolled in, and incandescent lighting illuminates the interior. Bumpers protect the walls from damage from carts and racks, and to prevent warm air leaks and theft, two stainless steel doors have magnetic gaskets and door locks, while metal handles offer a sturdy grip. Both doors can stay open past 120 degrees and close on their own when left open under 120 degrees.
This True STG2HRI-2S heated holding cabinet holds warm cooked and baked food, as two stainless steel heating elements keep the cabinet at a set temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Low-velocity fans circulate warm air throughout the unit, and for humidity control, there is a vent on top of the cabinet. To supply additional humidity, a 12-inch-by-20-inch water pan is included, and a color-coded temperature display offers accurate temperature readings.
