True Refrigeration STA2HRI-2S Description
The True STA2HRI-2S Spec Series® two-section roll-in heated cabinet has two stainless steel, finned-tube heating elements that produce electric heat. Controlled by an exterior switch, low-velocity fans circulate air around the interior for even temperatures, and humidity is adjusted by a manual vent on top of the cabinet, preventing food from becoming soggy. This unit is designed to hold warm baked or cooked food but cannot heat room-temperature or cold foods.
For efficient loading and unloading, the self-closing stainless steel doors will stay open past 120 degrees, and they are fitted with locks to prevent unauthorized access. Magnetic gaskets are removable without tools and keep heat from escaping through the doors. Illuminating the interior, incandescent lighting is turned on and off by an exterior switch. To simplify rolling racks inside, the True STA2HRI-2S roll-in heated cabinet has two stainless steel ramps.
