True Refrigeration STA2H-2S Description
Maintaining a steady temperature ranging from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, this True STA2H-2S Spec Series® reach-in mobile heated cabinet is designed to keep cooked and baked food warm. It is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum for corrosion and dent resistance, and its walls are insulated with polyurethane foam for durability. To generate heat, a stainless steel heating element is built in. Low-velocity fans consistently circulate warm air, and the cabinet's top vent can be opened or closed to control humidity levels. Three interior chrome-plated wire shelves hold product. Aiding in installation, three feed wires are included for hardwiring.
To prevent warm air from seeping out, this unit's doors have magnetic gaskets. Both can stay open past 120 degrees to facilitate loading and unloading, but when left open less than 120 degrees, they close on their own. The doors on this True STA2H-2S heated holding cabinet have metal handles for comfortable opening and bolt locks to prevent theft and tampering. They are secured to the cabinet by four cam-lift hinges.
