True Refrigeration STA2H-2G Description
The True STA2H-2G Spec Series® reach-in mobile heated cabinet has a stainless steel and aluminum construction that resists corrosion, dents, and scratches. It holds cooked and baked food at a set temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit and cannot heat cold or ambient food. To supply movement, 5-inch-diameter castors are set in place, with the front set locking for stability. The walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation for temperature retention and structure.
This True STA2H-2G heated holding cabinet has a stainless steel heating element. Once the heat is consistently generated, low-velocity fans circulate hot air around the cabinet. A vent on top of the cabinet can be adjusted to control the humidity levels. Three chrome-plated wire shelves support product, and two low-e, double-pane glass doors provide insulation. Both doors are self-closing but can stay open past 120 degrees. To prevent theft, bolt-style locks are included.
