True Refrigeration STR2H-2S Description
The True STR2H-2S Spec Series® full-height insulated heated cabinet holds cooked food, keeping it warm and at safe temperatures for serving. Users can set the temperature to operate at a level between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit on the electronic controller. An exterior display shows the temperature and can be set to operate in Fahrenheit or Celsius, while heat in the cabinet is generated with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel element. Low-velocity fans uniformly move heat throughout the interior, and operators can control the humidity level in the unit by adjusting the vent in the cabinet's top.
In the True STR2H-2S mobile heated cabinet, six chrome, adjustable shelves hold pans. Because the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, the unit is durable and simplifies cleaning. Its doors are solid and have a self-closing design for heat retention. With their stay-open feature past 120 degrees, the doors ensure loading and unloading food is convenient.
