Traulsen RHF232W-FHS Description
Because the Traulsen RHF232W-FHS two-section heated holding cabinet is built with durable 20-gauge stainless steel, seamless corners, and a full-length, solid stainless steel door, it resists minor dents and withstands heavy use. Thick, high-density polyurethane helps temperatures remain consistent, while a ducted heating system continuously circulates air to eliminate hot and cold pockets. Adjustable stainless steel legs attached to the bottom of the unit can be changed to ensure it stays level and doesn't wobble when food pans are loaded or retrieved.
To streamline operations, the Traulsen RHF232W-FHS heated holding cabinet has a digital control panel with five buttons that features a simple scroll-through menu. Alarm settings are also included to notify staff if the temperature is too high or low, a door is left open too long, or the power fails. During a power failure, the control panel stores the time of failure, time of restoration, and temperature at startup, all of which is information that can help prevent food waste. To improve visibility, incandescent shatter-proof bulbs are included and automatically turn on when doors are opened to check on food.
