True Refrigeration STG2H-2S Description
This True STG2H-2S Spec Series® mobile heated cabinet has a stainless steel and aluminum construction that resists dents and corrosion. Walls foamed in place with polyurethane insulation add structure. Both doors have metal handles and locks, with one-piece magnetic gaskets to create an airtight seal. The doors close on their own to save energy and stay open past 120 degrees to simplify loading and unloading. The front 5-inch-diameter castors lock to keep the unit in place. This cabinet has six chrome-plated wire shelves to support product.
This True STG2H-2S heated holding cabinet has one stainless steel heating element that consistently produces heat. Low-velocity fans evenly circulate air to keep the food warm, while the top vent can be adjusted to control the humidity levels. Its evaporator coil is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion. The interior stays between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit and the temperature is displayed externally in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
