True Refrigeration G4SM-23PT-HC~TSL01 Description
The True G4SM-23PT-HC~TSL01 self-service bakery case has two doors to create a pass-thru design for use in front-of-house or self-serve applications. All glass in the doors and sides is double paned and thermal insulated to withstand constant use and retain cold air. Magnetic gaskets around the door frames prevent cold air leaks, and each door has a 12-inch-long extruded handle. LED lights inside the cabinet enhance presentation, along with both illuminated merchandising sign panels.
The temperature ranges from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and is maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through the capillary tube system. Cold air is evenly circulated by the condenser and evaporator fan motors. The evaporator is coated in epoxy for protection, and the unit's structure is provided by the black powder-coated steel frame rail and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The True G4SM-23PT-HC~TSL01 self-service bakery case has a white exterior and black interior aluminum liner that withstand heavy use. Product sits on four adjustable shelves.
