The True G4SM-23RGS-HC~TSL01 self-service bakery case merchandises items on six 21 5⁄8-inch-diameter shelves that rotate 360 degrees to display product. Since each side has glass panels, customers can see baked goods from any angle. LED lights brighten the cabinet to further enhance visibility. The door closes by itself to keep cold air inside, and its copper powder-coated exterior resists scratches and stains.
All products are accessible since the bottom shelf is elevated to a comfortable height by the bottom-mount refrigeration system. Temperatures in the case range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The True G4SM-23RGS-HC~TSL01 self-service bakery case uses R134A refrigerant through a capillary tube system to maintain cool temperatures. Consistent air flow is provided by the condenser and evaporator fan motors pushing air around the cabinet.
