True Refrigeration G4SM-23-HC~TSL01 Description
The True G4SM-23-HC~TSL01 specialty self-service merchandiser is perfect for holding bakery items that need to be held within a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The compressor, evaporator coil, and condenser help maintain even temperatures by consistently moving air throughout the cabinet. Cold air stays inside since the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. Structure is provided by a black powder-coated frame.
The door and glass sides are insulated to keep cold air inside and provide visibility into the cabinet. LED interior lights illuminate the cabinet and highlight products. The True G4SM-23-HC~TSL01 self-service bakery display has four PVC-coated wire shelves on 1⁄2-inch adjustable increments. Magnetic gaskets around the door opening prevent cold air leaks.
