True Refrigeration G4SM-23-HC~TSL01 Description
The True G4SM-23-HC~TSL01 self-service bakery case has four levels of shelving and 23 cubic feet of interior space to display product. Its strong, PVC-coated shelves are made of wire, promoting airflow through the gaps to provide uniform product temperatures. Because they are made of glass, the sides and door provide a view of items inside, and the door is hinged with a magnetic gasket to ensure a tight seal. This door self-closes to reduce energy loss, and the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to prevent temperature fluctuations.
To streamline installation, the True G4SM-23-HC~TSL01 bakery case has a self-contained refrigeration system. It uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep the cabinet between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. To catch the attention of customers, the front sign panel is illuminated, and the interior is brightened with LED lights to enhance the display. Increasing the unit's efficiency, the condensing fan motor reverses upon compressor startup to rid the condensing coil of dust and dirt.
