True Refrigeration G4SM-23RGS-HC~TSL01 Description
The True G4SM-23RGS-HC~TSL01 self-serve bakery case has a white powder-coated exterior that resists chipping and peeling. Product is visible through the glass door and sides; the glass is thermal insulated to keep cold air inside. This unit has six round shelves that spin 360 degrees for ideal presentation and an illuminated front sign panel that grabs customers' attention. For corrosion resistance, the interior is made of white aluminum.
To elevate the lowest shelf, the refrigeration system is mounted on the bottom; this location also simplifies servicing the unit. Cool air is evenly circulated with the condenser and evaporator fan motors. It stays in a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which is maintained by R134A refrigerant that flows through a capillary tube system. The True G4SM-23RGS-HC~TSL01 self-serve bakery case has a self-contained refrigeration system.
