The True G4SM-23PT-HC~TSL01 full-service bakery case measures 27 1⁄2 inches wide by 33 7⁄8 inches deep by 78 5⁄8 inches wide. This case features four interior shelves to display a variety of desserts such as mousse cakes, cheesecakes, and fruit pies. For durability and long-term product life, this unit's exterior includes a black powder coating with an aluminum-lined white interior, and its floor is constructed of stainless steel. So customers can view inventory without complication, LED lighting brightens the interior. With its pass-through design, it offers admittance on either end to ease product retrieval and stocking. Because its compressor is bottom mounted, it provides convenient access for maintenance and elevates the contents within customer reach.
The True G4SM-23PT-HC~TSL01 full-service bakery case maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep internal conditions cool, its uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant which reduces the unit's environmental impact. It features low-E, thermal insulated glass sides and doors, keeping heat out and chill in to maintain optimal interior conditions.
