The MoTak MST-48-18-A sandwich/salad mega top refrigerator organizes ingredients in its pan rail while maintaining cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed to hold up to 18 sixth-size pans, it keeps toppings within reach during preparation, and the electronic control system enables operators to monitor and adjust internal conditions. A full-length cutting board provides space for assembling sandwiches and salads, while the two self-closing doors remain open past 90 degrees to support product loading and access. The stainless steel interior includes two adjustable shelves for storing additional ingredients.
