Fitted with two self-closing doors, the MoTak MEST-48-18-A sandwich/salad mega top prep table's 12.9-cubic-foot base minimizes ambient air exchange and locks open at 90 degrees for quick retrieval. With an automatic defrost setting and digital controls, the R290-fueled system streamlines upkeep and delivers straightforward adjustments to the 33 to 41-degree-Fahrenheit range. Resting on 4-inch casters, its 48 1⁄2-inch-wide by 35 3⁄8-inch-deep by 44 1⁄2-inch-high frame features a stainless interior and stainless steel exterior to resist denting and wear. A 9 3⁄10-inch cutting board creates a sturdy staging area, while two epoxy-coated shelves and 18 sixth-size pans divide active pan storage from reserve items.
