MoTak MEST-27-A Description
Designed for compact workstations, the MoTak MEST-27-A sandwich/salad prep table measures 27 3⁄4 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 44 1⁄2 inches high. A 9 3⁄10-inch cutting board withstands repeated portioning and arranging, while eight sixth-size pans and an adjustable, epoxy-coated shelf place toppings within comfortable reach. Secured by a lockable, self-closing door, its 7.3-cubic-foot stainless interior incorporates LED lighting to enhance cabinet visibility. The 4-inch swivel casters cap the 430 stainless steel frame for quick repositioning. Operating between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, this R600a-powered, self-contained unit features digital controls with automatic defrosting to decrease internal ice formation.

Pleased with item
I have not turned the unit on yet, but I am happy with what I've received. Thus far as soon as my truck is built, which should be soon. I will try it, and I'm sure it will be fine and most of all it came with trays you can never have enough trays. Much appreciated.
