Cambro CPU215464V5480 Description
For use in pantries, coolers, and dishrooms, the Cambro CPU215464V5480 louvered shelving unit endures temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's made of polypropylene—a durable material that doesn't peel, rust, or corrode when exposed to heavy-duty conditions. Built-in Camguard® antimicrobial protection keeps the shelf plates free of microbes and mold until proper cleaning by an employee. Openings in the vented shelf plates enable air to flow across the surfaces and around stored goods, minimizing dust and moisture buildup. In coolers or freezers, this air circulation helps provide uniform product temperatures.
The Cambro CPU215464V5480 polymer shelving unit can be assembled using the included traverses, post kits, and dovetails. Its dovetails are molded into the posts to keep them in place while the post kits come preassembled for quick installation. The four steel posts with polypropylene exteriors are strong and attach to both sides to secure the shelf tiers. As with other units in the Camshelving® Premium series, the structure withstands frequent loading, storing heavy supplies, and it can be installed quicker than Camshelving Basics Plus and Camshelving Elements units.
